This soap comes from the tall and dense layer of our farm, which provides a rich source of food for wildlife, and acts as a catalyst for reforestation and biodiversity. It is made with our own fresh olive oil, along with figs harvested at the end of summer, and carob syrup that we make from carob pods collected in autumn.
